Czech passport photo
The Czech Interior Ministry's photo rules require a 35 x 45 mm portrait photo showing the head and upper shoulders straight from the front, gaze into the lens, neutral expression with closed mouth, eyes open and not covered by hair, on a white to light blue or light grey background (a smooth gradient between these is allowed), with at least 2 mm between the top of the head and the top edge and the eye-to-chin distance at least 13 mm. Retouching or digitally editing the appearance is not allowed. This tool only crops and frames your photo on your device - nothing is uploaded, and it never retouches.
