Belgian passport photo

Belgium's Foreign Affairs service states the passport photo must comply with ICAO standards and sets four rules: a neutral facial expression with the mouth shut and no smiling; head and shoulders straight, right in front of the camera; the face totally uncovered from forehead to chin; and the eyes perfectly visible with no reflecting or tinted glasses. Belgian missions publish the size as 35 x 45 mm with the face 25-35 mm long including hair. If the photo does not comply, the municipality must refuse it. This tool crops and checks your photo on your device - nothing is uploaded.
